Overview of job

●      Responsible for quality data analysis and able to foresee the problems before they become quality or reliability issues.

●      Responsible for QA roadmap and strategy

●      Report to the CTO and VPs of Engineering about the state of quality and proposals on actions for correction or improvement.

●      Responsible for ensuring that the product and platform teams are properly coached to grow and embed a culture of quality as a first-class citizen 

●      Continuously grow and share your knowledge of emerging quality technologies and practices.

You'll be working in a small product team, helping to plan and develop brand new and ambitious features, helping to continuously improve the quality of existing code, as well as working with other team members in pairing sessions and code reviews.

●      Strong experience in mentoring and coaching product teams in the Quality Assistance model.

●      Demonstrable experience in influencing leaders to embed quality ownership to the whole team. Eg: testing should be part of the development process as well as estimation.

●      Experienced in working on a product implemented using a distributed architecture.

●      Experience implementing testing tools and techniques for a distributed architecture.
