For one of our clients, TOG recruitment is looking for Python/Django Developer to work with a progressive and innovative team in Ho Chi Minh city. You will be part of an exciting team composed of both local and offshore talent, working on a wide range of technologies for software projects across our New Zealand customers.

This role suits a person who is, at their core, passionate about coding and being a champion in coding best practices.

As such, you always will be working with the latest proven technologies in a state of the art office with an open environment.

Our client is an exciting software services company with offices in HCMC and Auckland, New Zealand. 

You’ll be responsible for:

• Software development for their NZ based customer projects
• Fostering a culture of collective ownership and accountability for the work completed within your team

They will cover your medical, social, accident, healthcare, unemployment insurance for you as well as your personal income tax), lunch allowance, 13th month salary, discretionary bonus, salary reviews twice a year and 14 days annual leave for 40 hours working per week and the weekends off.

You’ll have experience in:

• Programming experience in Python and Django
• MySQL or other relational databases.
• Web Development preferable in Reactjs, Javascript, HTML5, PHP
• CSS skills - LESS/SASS/SCSS
• Unix\Linux (basic knowledge)
• Docker experience (Preferable)
• Writing and consuming APIs (Preferable)

You’ll need to have:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Strong team player.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
• 3+ years’ practical experience in designing, developing and delivering commercial software applications.
