Overview of job

Zalo is recruiting for several vacant positions: 

1. Automation & Inauthentic Behavior prevention 

• Processing data to detect and prevent safety, security risks including spam, crawler, fraud, and Illegal content;
• Identifying abnormal trends and abusing in cross features via data mining, machine learning;
• Gathering and processing data to detect bot, automation tools or stimulation;
• Working closely with Product, Engineering to deeply understand, identify and execute abusing fighting projects.

2. Feedback & content analysis  

• Develop and maintain tools to collect and process Feedback from various sources;
• Analyze and classify content into topics, categories. Measure satisfaction of customer in each categories;
• Alert abnormal of features based on Feedback content;
• Participate in identifying sensitive content issues.

3. Trust & Privacy engineering

• Analyze and improve privacy, security, efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and stability of currently features;
• Review technical implementation details and design documentation for improving trust, privacy of cross-platform applications;
• Plan, document and work closely with Engineering/Product team to develop security features in order to protect privacy and users;
• Process data and analyze operational practices in order to understand and identify safety, security risk.

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer engineering, information security or related filed;
• Hands on experience in log analysis, extracting and interpreting data from the various sources;
• Have a broad range of end-user security knowledge (Phishing, cybercrime, privacy protection, spam, faked identity);
• Ability to programming in Python, Unix scripting, AWK, Java;
• Understanding of Operation systems (Windows, Unix, iOS, Android)

Nice to have:

• Text mining or NLP applied skill;
• Knowledge of Automation technology (crawler, stimulation, ...);
• Have passion on anonymity, fraud, spam detection;
• Have good logical thinking, problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
