Design and select technology solutions that meet actual business needs. Participating in the construction of system architecture, building, ensuring architectural standards in accordance with business requirements and development of the bank.

Key accountabilities

• Design an end-to-end data analytics workflow, including overall architecture, capabilities, platforms, tools, and management processes.
• Create, maintain, and communicate strategies for analytics tools.
• Shared governance responsibilities to ensure alignment with enterprise guidelines for security, auditability, data governance, metadata management, and more.
• Help define/improve guidelines, practice documents, and integration with other enterprise solutions.
• Review analytical solutions for reusability, scalability, collaboration opportunities, and alignment with identified guidelines and best practices.
• Create and develop data analytics technology roadmap, to match continuously evolving business needs.
• Monitor technology trends and do discovery of any new tools/capabilities of interest.
• Ability to benchmark against industry analysts and other companies.
• Maintain strategic technology relationships with technology providers and external community/partners.
• Lead and train the analytical team.

• Graduated with good grade or higher majoring in Information Technology, Mathematics, Electronics and Telecommunications at universities of science and technology such as: Polytechnic University, National University.... or International Programmer
• 8 to 12 years of relevant experience demonstrating a high level of proficiency in the design and development of complex, high-quality analytic solutions, including over 3 years in a Analytical Architecture role. analysis, technology architecture design, detailed workflows, best practices, and governance guidelines
• Proven track record of delivering scalable, resource-intensive, integrated and operational analytics solutions; Experience creating views, roadmaps and process diagrams
• Hands-on experience working with open source analytic technologies such as R/Python, Tensorflow and/or BI tools such as Tableau/Power BI; Prioritize cloud analytics platform experience ( AWS)
• Foreign language proficiency: English
