Job Description:

• Monitor the continuous documented IT related operation systems (standards, procedures, policies, forms, templates,) in accordance with general company operation system development guidelines to assure continuous fulfillment of the company's performance commitments to its clientele.
• Assure compliance to IT related agreements/contracts with clients, agents and authorities by continuously monitoring, adjusting and reporting the state of IT related systems.
• Support IM to assure ongoing fulfillment of the company's technical reliability- and security-standards.
• In coordination with IM, administer and safe-keep all licenses and agreements with software- and hardware-providers, and relevant updates thereof, assuring compliance to all legal agreements.
• Monitor and accurate continuously IT inventory system, including automated auditing and upgrading procedures.
• Monitor backup and recovery operations working correctly.
• Monitor IT systems: Patches and fixed are updated regularly.
• Support IM to continuously monitor systems, interfaces and work-procedures in coordination with the company's production department in order to assure a continuous operation and functionality of production related technical equipment.
• Manage a number of IT System Administrators in order to most efficiently achieve or over-achieve the company's targets and strategic objective.
• Generate and deliver IT related statistics, reports, budgeting and forecasts as required by general management.
• Monitor continuously efficient training systems (hard and soft) for system administration staff as required to continuously and reliably achieve the company's targets.
• Join with DEVOPS team in innovating the automation process including CI/CD, deployment, integration, monitoring… of company software products

- Intermediate/advanced speaking and advanced writing in English
- Deep knowledge of Network, TCP/IP, Firewall, Web proxy, Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN, VPN, Wireless network, DHCP, DNS etc.
- Experience of cyber threats, risk management and information security
- Good experience in setting up and maintaining system for Windows servers (windows policy, domain policy, active directory)
- Strong experience in Linux OS (Ubuntu, CentOS) and Bash scripts
- Good knowledge of application/web servers (Tomcat, Apache, Nginx, Passenger)
- Familiar with (or willing to learn) database design, documentation and coding (MySQL, MongoDB)
- Experience in deploying and managing custom software products (Java, Ruby on Rails, PHP)
- Experience in building and maintaining IT system based on ISO 27001 standard, Involved in developing Networking standards, procedures and documentation
GREAT TO HAVE:
- Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git)
- Knowledge of containers system (Docker and Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
- Knowledge of Infra as Code
