Overview of job

  • Manage marketing research, analysis, and evaluation of market requirements to define the products and services to be developed based on the platform business.
  • Managers need to fast and in-depth understanding of business in a changing era, enabling them to apply business insights to IT platforms.
  • Based on platform development, managers need the necessary knowledge and process management for an offshore business.
  • Knowledge of the life cycle of product development and management ability for operation and continuous maintenance are required. In particular, in product production, awareness of the concept of testing should be clear so that quality can be improved.
  • Knowledge of product/service standardization (specifications, minimum service price, etc.) and management of continuous improvement.
  • Provides development leadership and mentoring for team building and introduces new skills and skills to the team.
  • Ability to define and lead business initiatives that increase the effectiveness of your product and extend it to the platform.
  • By hiring existing team members and improving their skills, you need to build a strong internal team to find active business opportunities.

Job Requirement

  1. Age: ≥ 35 years old, Male
  2. Language: English in advance
  3. Experience & Skill
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related technical discipline.
  • More than 7 years’ experience in technology including 1-2 years’ experience in Manager / Lead
  • Experience in the whole implementation of SDLC for products and solutions. (Analyzing, Designing, Programming, Testing, Transferring, Etc.)
  • Good acknowledge in programming languages such as PHP, .NET and a popular database such as MySQL, Postgres, Oracle, SQL Server, …
  • Possess good planning and problem-solving skills. Capable of covering work, handling situations flexibly; Proactive and creative at work.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, able to withstand pressure, high sense of responsibility.
  • Project management certificates such as PMP, CSM, CPMP.
