Overview of job

We are looking to bring on new customers and accelerate the delivery of quality software with a comprehensive suite of testing services. Thus, we are seeking for an experienced Tester Lead to join our team on a permanent basis, with a solutionist mindset and a real penchant for problem solving as we continue to evolve our technical consulting and delivery practices. 

In this role, you will manage all phases of testing over multiple projects within an Agile software development lifecycle. You will ensure consistent quality of production by developing and enforcing good testing processes, validating processes, documentation, and effective staff collaboration.

What you’ll be doing...

• Research, analyze requirements and understand the function of products or projects.
• Create Test Cases/Checklist for projects based on plan and specification documents.
• Keep track, describe and make reports about arising bugs.
• Perform software product testing based on relevant documents.
• Regularly report about test status.
• Take responsibility for product quality assurance.
• Manage and lead a team of 2-3 members.

• Salary range: 15-30M net

• At least 3+ years of experience in Tester in the web application.
• Proficiency in building software testing scripts.
• Having experience in using tools like ClickUp, Redmine, Jira, Mantis.
• English: strong writing and reading comprehension skills.
• Having experience in managing a test team (2-3 members or more)
• Having a good logical thinking.
• Ability to research and learn about new technologies.
• Ability to adapt and grow in a fast-paced startup environment
• Have the “can-do" attitude, and take initiative to do the new challenges
