1. JOB SUMMARY       
• Expert and key contributor in the blockchain technology and cryptocurrency fields.       
• Responsible for overseeing the IT Blockchain and Tokenization project team.

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage a team of developers deployed to deliver end-to-end technology solutions to business problems.            
• Lead the build-out of the firm’s competencies in emerging future state blockchain-based architectures, including tokenization.            
•  Evaluate different blockchain protocols/platforms to explore solution alternatives. Determine optimal architectures factoring in feasibility.            
• Good at implementation using solidity, web3, ethers.js, node.js.            
• Proficient or familiar with EVM based smart contract development, including: best practice and standards in CI / CD.    
• Good understanding about security concern together efficiency and performance aware of the economical implication and able to feedback ideas or raise alerts.             
• Possesses exceptional judgment, problem-solving skills, and an analytical mindset.             
• Experience in the following areas is an advantage: Experience in payments and digital currency.             
• Work with the team (project owner, Automation tester, Technical Leader) to develop necessary products for internal and customers.            
• Build smart contracts and corresponding tooling and infrastructure.            
• Join the full lifecycle of contract development, including requirement gathering, dev, test, deployment and even monitoring. 
• Support customer about technology and solution.

• Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area.       
• 10+ years of experience in architecting and implementing enterprise technology applications.       
• 5+ years of supervisory experience.        
• Require great presentation skills in Technology in both English and Vietnamese (online/ offline and in International forums).  
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and cryptocurrency market.        
• Willing to work with international partners in Technology for connection and cooperation.        
• Have knowledge and experience in Supply chain, ERP, Payment methods (Credit Card, Crypto, MoMo, Apple Pay....).       
• Deep technical understanding of leading blockchain protocols, strengths and limitations.       
• Strong experience designing, developing, and operating resilient and scalable distributed systems.       
• Experience managing teams of developers in delivering disruptive technology solutions.       
• Experience with cloud infrastructure services such as Google, Microsoft or Amazon.       
• Experience working with fintechs in the blockchain ecosystem.       
• Solid understanding of cryptography, encryption and automation.       
• Entrepreneurial and results oriented.       
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.       
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to present and convey ideas.       
• English proficiency - Writing and Speaking.
