1. JOB SUMMARY

• Responsible for collecting, researching, investigating and evaluating user requirements.  
• Deliver an outstanding user experience providing an exceptional and intuitive application design. Ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop UI wireframe structure and its screen variations based on UX concepts.
• Create UI document with screen definition or user requirement specifications
• Design a UX sequence and UI scenario for new functions and software.
• Revise a developed GUI design based on UI scenarios.
• Investigate user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
• Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
• Collaborate with the marketing team, and internal and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
• Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyze and predict user behavior.

• Bachelor’s degree – Graphic, interaction, Web designer, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of professional work experience in UI/UX design;
• Understands and applies User Centered Design principles
• Experience across mobile web, mobile app, desktop and responsive design
• Highly skilled in popular tools such as Sketch, Zeplin, Figma and Adobe XD
• Ability to manage UX/UI projects to draw out constructive design solutions in high detail.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, engineers, designers, and clients
• A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• English proficiency - Writing and Speaking
