Overview of job

Main Responsibilities

  • Designs the CRM software solutions for medium to high complexity requirements without direct guidance leveraging existing standards.
  • Develops/builds the code of high-priority and high complexity CRM systems according to the functional specifications, detailed design, maintainability, and coding and efficiency standards without direct guidance.
  • Accountable for estimating, evaluating risks, and technical task prioritization based on requirements.
  • Actively partners with project manager, Quality Assurance and/or stakeholders to ensure quality project delivery.
  • Facilitates formal code reviews to ensure standards are being met.
  • Acts as the primary technical subject matter expert for the internal team on areas such as system functionality and approach including solving systems operations issues, performance initiatives.
  • Assigns project development tasks to development team members.
  • Provides guidance and training to process-oriented workers but does not have full performance management responsibilities.
  • Influences and applies system design, development and process standards.
  • Writes and executes unit test cases to verify basic functionality of their or a peer's code without direct guidance.
  • Creates, maintains, and publishes system level documentation without direct guidance, including system diagrams.
  • Accountable for ensuring requirements are clear, concise and complete prior to starting development.
  • Partners with stakeholders to evaluate feasibility. Primary accountability in ensuring the non-functional requirements are met.

2. Risk management and compliance

  • Risk identification and self-assessment of the department's risks during operation, Planning to deal with risks and coordinating
  • Coordinate with related units to develop methods of measuring, assessing and mitigating risks.
  • Ensure department operations comply with internal policies, regulations, procedures, guidelines, etc. and service quality commitments (SLAs)

3. Human Resource Management

  • Develop a plan for staffing, coordinating human resources, building a mechanism for assigning, recording and evaluating the work performance of employees, ensuring adequate and quality resources are maintained in the department.
  • Organize training, career development orientation for employees, foster and build human resources for the department
  • Communication and orientation for staff to comply with the policy and development orientation of the system

4. Other responsibilities

  • Participate in setting standards for application solutions for the purpose of guiding and controlling in providing sustainable, flexible and effective technology solutions.
  • Participating in the development of policies, regulations, processes and guidelines on application solution development
  • Perform other tasks as directed by  Manager
  • Lead members to participate in the building of the bank's organizational culture

Job Requirement

  • At least 3-5-years’ experience in IT management.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM including D365. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 2016/D365.
    • Experience in configuring MS-CRM and best practices and solutions within MS-CRM
    • Experience in implement CRM for banking, financial group
  • Experience with developing applications in Microsoft technologies
  • Experience in project planning and implementation of large-scale transformation initiatives, Strong expertise in managing technical projects related to CRM. Advantage in CRM of Microsoft and Salesforce.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills, with an ability to understand broad concepts, identify connection points and gaps, and establish strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills, and be able to explain complex concepts both concisely and simply. Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with. Fluent in English communication
