Our client is looking for a Technical Expert who can operate in a fast-paced environment, with rapid exploration and ability to deliver value to our Small and Medium Business Customers (SMB). Even while working hard, we have a great sense of humor and love to infuse that personality into our product.

***Responsibilities
- Detail oriented, analytical, technical administrator supporting APAC Teams Engineering PMs in Emerging Markets specifically SMB market in Vietnam region.
- This role requires prioritization of customer support, timely data entry, review of existing customers’ Teams adoption customers, Product Feedback, Localizations, Workshops & Customer facing Events.
- To provide administrative, training and data entry support to multiple engineering resources which includes & not limited to
o Technical Operation support for Emerging Market, Pilot & Production Enablement including onboarding, training, workshops/clinic & Teams Configuration/Setup Guidance
o Support, Planning and coordinating execution excellence and join-activities such as Hackathon, Platform Workshops, customer clinics
o Regular cadence with Teams customers working closely with Teams Engineering PMs on follow-ups & reviews i.e. Sprint Inventory, Channel organizations, Emerging Market/SMB customer updates
o Data entry and track the key Teams deployment/adoption supports
- Fast-paced environment, good interpersonal skills, demonstrate proactive initiative and the ability to maintain confidentiality, set priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Being detail oriented and timely to follow through will be essential tasks.
- Build and maintain good business relationships both internally and externally as part of managing the needs of the overall Teams Scale motion in Emerging Market/SMB
- Good Communication Skills in spoken and written English; with additional proficiency in Vietnamese or neighboring country languages.

- 3+ years of related product/program management experience
- Strong background working with education or similar large complex customers, multinational companies, etc.
- Excellent communication and cross team collaboration skills
- Stakeholder management at a CxO level
- Expertise with PowerApps and Power Automate
- Familiar with development technologies or expertise with Teams App Template Deployment, integration of custom or 3rd party platforms through Graph API
- Expertise with PowerShell, being able to craft, debug and deploy custom scripts to solve customer issues or use cases.
