We are looking for a Senior QA/QC Engineer with solid testing and interpersonal skills. You'll participate in passionate, high competence and joyful teams to ensure quality for software products, which are serving millions of people.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze functional and non-functional test basis, requirement documents of software products.
• Design testing strategy and quality criteria for new products or requirements.
• Work closely with development teams to prepare test environment and data.
• Derive test specifications and test cases with an in-depth understanding of requirements and testing techniques.
• Perform testing activities from start to delivery of tasks and tracking the status of found defects.
• Research for new tools and testing approaches to increase team performance and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities at the personal, team, and upper levels.
• Support, review, and provide necessary training to junior teammates.

• 3+ years of experience in software testing for various web and/or mobile applications
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fields
• Strong functional/ non-functional testing skills and solid knowledge of testing processes and techniques
• Experience in database testing and writing SQL queries
• Experience in working in cross-functional or agile teams
• Familiar with issue and test management tools like Jira, Redmine, Zephyr, TestRail…
• Good logical thinking, analytical, and issue solving skills
• Have a passion for testing, open-minded, and able to self-motivated
