We’re also part of UK-based The Mission Marketing Group, host to 16 entrepreneurial, founder led Agencies with 25 offices that include integrated, multi-discipline, multi-sector Agencies, specialists in specific marketing/communications activities and specialists in particular market sectors.

Key responsibilities:

• To follow the QA Process for Large Projects as defined by Splash Interactive.
• To follow the QA Process for Small Projects using Jira and Scorecards as defined by Splash Interactive.
• To follow the QA Process for Small Projects using the Jira and the Default Check List as defined by Splash Interactive.
• To write Scorecards based on Functional Specifications, Briefs, or other information provided.
• To follow new QA Processes as they are defined by Splash Interactive.
• To effectively work in Jira.
• To effectively communicate and work with the team in Vietnam and the teams in the other offices of Splash Interactive.
• To expertly at recording user journeys using Selenium.
• To expertly edit user journey scripts in java to be able to record:
• The logical correctness of the pages.
• The render/layout correctness of the pages.
• The latency of each page in a user journey.
• To expertly use Selenium scripts (in java) to test multiple platforms accurately and more quickly than manual testing.
• To expertly write Test Cases based on either Briefs or Functional Specifications. Test Cases are defined as much more detailed descriptions of tests than those in Scorecards. Specific examples will be provided during training.
• To increase the amount of English spoken in the office and within your team specifically.
• To improve the written English used in Scorecards, Emails, and other documents.
• To be expert at testing mobile apps using Google AVD.
• To be expert at testing mobile apps using Xcode Device Profiles.

Key objectives:

• To gain a solid understanding of how to read the output of OWASP ZAP Security Scans.
• To be able to take the output of OWASP Security Scans and Splash developed scans and convert them to Bug Lists and Tasks in Jira Backlogs.
• To gain a solid understanding of validation errors.
• To gain a solid understanding of SEO errors.
• To gain a solid understanding of real-world latency optimization errors.
• To gain a functional understanding of, “China Banned Word,” errors.
• To gain a functional understanding of WCAG (AA level) testing.
• To continue to learn new skills as required by Splash Interactive management.
• To complete new tasks as assign by Splash Interactive management.

• To document all tasks assigned by Splash Interactive management.

We are looking for someone with previous experience in a Lead QA role, or someone experienced in QA ready to take the next step.
