Overview of job

A member of team will join an experienced team and be tasked with guiding the team to deliver to its full potential. The KPIs for the role will be as follows:

• Achieve Sitecore or Kentico developer certification
• Maintain high quality code and issue free deployments
• Ensure accurate estimation development effort
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and support

As a developer, you will:

• Develops websites and web applications on CMS .NET such as Kentico, Sitecore, Sitefinity or Umbraco.
• Participate in all phases of the development life cycle (both Frontend & Backend)
• Write well-structured, efficient, clean, and testable source code
• Write and perform Unit Test for your code
• Enhances and maintains operational websites
• Coordinates plans and revises appropriate effort to meet changing project needs and requirements
• Keeps project manager well informed of status of development effort.
• Resolves and/or escalates issues in a timely fashion
• Trains/mentors developer other team members if and when required

Please note: Due to the current situation in Vietnam we are conducting interviews remotely via Microsoft Teams. We are also working from home until restrictions are lifted so successful candidates will be onboarded remotely.

• 2+ years’ experience working in Software Development
• Solid experience with HTML, CSS (SCSS) and JavaScript (including jQuery, Bootstrap and Vanilla JS)
• Solid experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, MSSQL
• Experience with OOP, design patterns, software development best practices
• Proficient understanding of code version tools such as Git, SVN
• Good teamwork and high responsibility
• Well-versed in writing structured, well-documented, maintainable, and clean code.
• Understanding of standard Software Engineering processes, Testing, and Agile methodology
• Be able to communicate in English (both verbal & written), especially in the global software development environment
• Prepared to be a fullstack developer while being a frontend developer

Nice to have:

• Experience with .NET CMS such as Sitecore, Umbraco, Kentico, Sitefinity.
• Experience with modern JS Framework/Library such as ReactJS, Vue or Angular.
• Experience with Unit Test (Mocha, Jest for JS).
• Experience with Webpack, Gulp, Babel, ESLint ...
• Experience in Web Performance Optimization is BIG Plus
• Experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is Plus
