Overview of job
Ensure all accounting activities of the company are recorded properly according to the Vietnamese law and to company requirements.
• Performs the job in the accounting department as: following and checking on bank transaction, payment transfer, receivable and payable; issuing VAT invoice.
• Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing Balance sheet, Profit and loss statement, Tax report and other reports, in English.
• Tax declaration and finalization (VAT, CIT, FCT, PIT…).
• Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Understand new updated changes in Tax Legislation proposed by MOF/GDT and work on an implementation strategy
• Other tasks assigned by Manager
Job Requirement
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Good understanding of Vietnamese Tax and Accounting system
• 2-3 years’ experience in the same position, with company size at least 200 people.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Advanced written and spoken in English
• Detail-oriented and working under pressure
Nice to have
• Good English communication
• Experience in IT industry
• Experience in supporting with Expat documents/procedures
