Overview of job

● Managing project scope, timeline, requirements, monitoring and communicating risk and change, problem solving, identifying opportunities and troubleshooting when problems arise.
● Manage the Jira project board, groom backlog, assign tasks and create burndown charts and prepare related reports to manage time and deliverables.
● Ensure the project team has a clear task list and is meeting project deliverables.
● Oversee incoming client requests via phone and email, and assign to members of the team as necessary.
● Communicate effectively with both clients and project teams, taking full accountability for updates throughout the project life cycle.
● Monitor and report on project budgets, taking a proactive approach to resolving any challenges that occur.
● Working with the headquarter to create and implement process improvements and put action items into motion.
● Encourage collaboration and lead process improvement initiatives within the team.
● Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the Managing Director

● Web development, design, marketing, communication, computer science or applied science education.
● 3+ years experience successfully delivering projects in a project or client management role, preferably within a digital media environment using Agile and Scrum methodologies
● Familiar with IT outsourcing models
● Proven experience planning projects and managing budgets.Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with both clients and internal teams.
● Excellent knowledge of web development processes.
● Experience with Content Management Systems (i.e. WordPress, Sitefinity Magento, WooCommerce).
● Effective time management skills and multitasking capabilities to get things done in a fast-paced environment.
● Knowledge of HTML and CSS.
● Strong organization skills.
● Excellent communication skills.
● Outstanding attention to detail and quality control.
● Knowledge of website usability, conversion optimization, analytics, email marketing and search engine optimization is not required but an asset.
