Overview of job

• Key owner of a product development team in the company, you will be responsible for driving, analyzing, architecting, developing, testing, and maintaining the product system and its integration with external parties.
• Key partner to QA and other developers in daily activities like analyzing requirements, creating acceptance criteria, creating user stories and tasks. You are required to test the features manually by yourself before handing over it to QA for later validation. You will also be required to write automation tests using Cypress to support the company product system. Your ultimate goal is to deliver more value to customers in the shortest time the better and it is not enough if you only get your tasks done, but your team failed to deliver, we expect you to do everything you can to help the team on that quest.
• Key contributor to Managers, Directors, and Team Leads in reviewing the scope of epic or stories, researching options, designing solutions, providing estimations.
• Key member to our small group of colleagues who work hard, play hard, and having fun together.

Must-Have

• Can communicate well in English (speaking, writing)
• More than 2 years working experience as a senior full-stack engineer (preferred if you used to work in a product company before)
• In-depth knowledge with C#, .NET (preferred if you are expert on .NET Core, clean architecture)
• In-depth knowledge with Angular or React (preferred if React)
• Solid experience with MS SQL and understanding how to optimize database performance
• Solid experience with any cloud platform development (preferred if Google Cloud or AWS)
• Strong experience with any Message Queue system
• Good knowledge of MVC, Entity Framework, REST, Web API
• You are friendly, teamwork, supportive, and have a good sense of humor
• Not afraid of asking questions and always eager to learn
• Proactive in learning & growing yourself with little guidance or supports with an open mind
• You are willing to learn the system and product in-depth and become a domain guru, which is the critical key for you to be successful in this position

Nice To Have

• Experiences with NodeJS (or willing to learn)
• Open to working late a few days a week to meeting with the US team
• Familiar with Agile or Kanban
• Familiar with Jenkins, GitHub, Git commands
• Experience with Cypress is a plus
