CREATORY is an Entertainment company that serves Talent Management, PR / Influencer Marketing, Contents Production, Channel Management & Content Distribution services.

 We are now developing a web community targeted to Generation Z, which aims to connect fans with KOLs/Influencers by providing gamification platforms such as games, missions, and events. As our first dedicated Back-end Developer, you are in charge of building a scalable and real-time web application to boost business performance and fan engagement through gamification in an intuitive app; at the same time have full control over the project and pick up any suitable technology that you enjoy working with.

YOU WILL BE:

• Partner closely with development and design teams to develop a gamification web application that enables the operation team to rapidly develop new functionality.
• Build, test, deploy and maintain low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications according to industry best practice
• Expected to have an independent can-do attitude
• Own features from initial discussions through release, and develop new skills to get them done.
• Balance long-term code health and maintainability with business needs.
• Participate in feature estimation and scoping.
• Manage time appropriately and clearly communicate changes in effort or scope.
• Design and build RESTful API services
• Articulate a long-term vision for maintaining and scaling our backend systems

WHAT WE NEED: 

• At least 3 years of experience in backend development with Node.js and Typescript
• Extensive knowledge of Node.js web frameworks such as Express, Nest.js, or equivalent
• Experience with React or other modern frontend frameworks is a plus.
• Experience in using Git and git-enabled services
• Experience working with AWS or Google Cloud, SQL and NoSQL databases (such as PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Must have designed, built, scaled, and maintained production services, and know-how to compose a service-oriented architecture
• Good command of Linux environment
• Good communication in English.
