Overview of job

1. Working closely with Stakeholders in all activities of building products.
2. Participate in feature design & product roadmap development.
3. Responsible for writing instructional documents for development teams.
4. Hand on delivery of concepts, personas, user journeys, storyboards, system maps, user flows, wireframes, visual design comps, and prototypes.
5. Own product release schedule, work closely with engineers and QA/QC teams to make sure that every release is high quality and timely.
6. Analyze data from analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel .. ) to measure product quality & prioritize which features to build.
7. Analyze the market, competitors, research new trends and propose new product ideas.

● Not required but technical background (understanding basic programming knowledge, programming HTML / CSS, API, SQL …) is an advantage.
● At least 2 years’ experience in BA/ Product Owner/ Product Management position
● Ability to use tools like Axure, Balsamiq Mockups, Axure RP, Sketch .. to build wireframe & prototype.
● Prefer knowledge at UI / UX Designer (knowledge of UI Kit definitions, design system, components and how to apply in product construction).
● Good English skills.
● Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
● Highly responsible in work, proactive, self-organized and good teamwork spirit.
● Platform experience is preferred.
