VeXeRe is a technology company aiming to revolutionize the travel and transportation industry in Vietnam. We are pioneering in comprehensive digital transformation of the transport industry with diverse web applications and latest technology apps. We are available on all super apps such as Grab, Momo, Zalopay ... We have all types of tickets from low-priced to luxury cars. Today VeXeRe is the largest online inter-city bus ticketing platform that empowers millions of travelers to make their life journeys happier. 

We are looking for innovative, customer-centric and passionate Product Owners to join the Product Team. And you will join one out of the following products:

• OTA - Online Travel Agency: Handle the heart of our business including VeXeRe.com and VeXeRe app with an eye on maximizing end-user satisfaction and boosting the business revenue
• AD - Agency Development: Be responsible to Agency Development (AD) platform including AD Customer Experience (CE)
• SaaS - Software-as-a-Service: Think of our product as ERP for bus operators and logistics companies, including web applications and mobile apps to help them manage and sell bus tickets online, handle parcel delivery, loyalty management, etc.
• New product: An e-commerce business product including multi means of transport and travel in Southeast Asia, not limited to inter-city bus

Working as a Product Owner at VeXeRe, you will own the product roadmap in alignment with company strategy, and coordinate a cross-functional team to implement and deliver products to end users. Your responsibilities includes, but are not limited to:

• Combine data, market research, customer survey and industry best practices
• Work with internal and external customers to identify the opportunities, define product vision and strategy, as well as propose action plans to create values for users and achieve business objectives
• Own the product backlog, plan releases, maintain and manage stakeholder’s expectations on product deliverables
• Hands-on delivery of framework, the user journey map, product testing procedure, and key UX principles to build a product with massive growth
• Work closely with the scrum team throughout the development process, refine the process, identify areas for improvement, and support the sprint.
• Be responsible for the overall success of the product measured by user satisfaction and product goals achieved

• About 1 – 2 years of working experience as Business Analyst, or Product Owner/Product Manager
• Experience in Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
• Have User Experience (UX) mindset
• Able to use mockup software (i.e. Balsamiq, Axure RP, Adobe XD, Figma) to design UX/UI, layout and navigation flows. Working experience with a design system is a plus
• Have experience in writing product documentation
• Strong ability to communicate across teams and bring everyone on our journey
• Non-stop curiosity and hunger for learning
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Have the ability to connect with both internal partners and external prospects/customers, and synthesize their feedback
