Overview of job
- Main point of contact for day-to-day operations, requests, issues and escalations between Cambodia Team and US stakeholders/clients for assigned projects
- Engage and discuss on requirements gathering and analyzing with US stakeholders/clients
- Develop user stories, requirements specifications and other necessary documentations
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing to ensure the business requirements are met
- Apply strong business analysis skills and user centric mindset to bring out a user-friendly and value-maximized product.
- Participate in building, analyzing data system (SQL)

Job Requirement
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
- Good skill and expertise in requirements discovery
- Advanced skill in using suitable tools for business modeling, drawing business flows/diagrams
- Practical experience in directly analyzing/ migrating data (SQL) and system
- Experience in influencing and collaborating with developers, testers, project managers and UX/UI designers
- Experienced with UI/UX, and with a user centric mindset or understanding
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in IT, Computer Science, Information System
- Any additional certification or training in Business Analyst or Product Owner
- Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal
- Knowledgeable about the software development life cycle (Agile, Scrum)
