***Job Description
As a Digital Transformation Lead you will be responsible for the following:
- Leading the overall design and implementation of digital transformation initiatives on an organizational level.
- Working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver agile solution strategies for IT innovation.
- Understanding the digital transformation strategy, facilitating the adoption of Dx strategy at leadership and team level
Managing existing Dx customer projects also help on acquiring the new Dx customers to expand the Dx business with the help of CDxO and Japan team
- Managing the Dx sales plan and resources allocation to the projects
- Achieving the agreed goals and KPI's to demonstrate the success as a Dx leader
- Managing the delivery, and SLAs to develop POC and production-ready solutions.
- Applying the cross-pollination strategies with Dx teams
- Applying people development strategies such as Coaching, Skill assessment, Evaluation, etc.
- Negotiations on resources with other business divisions
- Leading weekly and monthly reports to executive management
- Leading risk and incident management
- Leading people management by demonstrating empathetic leadership skills
- Work with HR and Partners on hiring and resource arrangement activities.

- Ability to contribute and implement organizational strategy
- Capacity to work with people at all levels in an organization and with people from many cultural backgrounds
- Ability to manage effectively a number of competing priorities
- A strategic thinker with the ability to lead by example demonstrating an ability to deliver set tasks, objectives, and strategic priorities
- Knowledge in customer data management and supporter journeys
- Excellent planning and time management skills.

***Requirements:
-5+ years of experience as agile project manager/Scrum Master/Agile coach
- Excellent English and Vietnamese communication and presentation skills
- Well versed with with G-suit / MS Office
-Bachelor's/Master Degree in computer science OR 10+ years of equivalent professional experience .

***Nice to have:
- 1+ years of experience in leading digital transformation
- Domain expertise in one of the industries such as Container Shipping & Logistics
Sales/Marketing and Business development experience is a big plus
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience leading and driving business origination processes and activities.
