Overview of job
We are looking for senior Talent Acquisition who can support our engineering team and global team in Vietnam in hiring function. Come join ELSA to make positive impact to millions of users by hiring talents to the team.
- Take ownership of the end to end talent acquisition process for engineering team and global job at Vietnam from sourcing to onboarding to ensure best candidate experiences and effective placement of talents.
- Execute talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans (job posting optimization, recruiting marketing channel development, job board procurement, digital and non-digital employment marketing, comprehensive recruitment campaign planning, job fairs, etc…)
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent and build strong internal client relationships.
- Follow up new comers to make sure they adapt fluently to the new team and environment.
- Implement employer branding initiatives
Job Requirement
- At least 3 years of experience in the similar job, experiences in technical hiring is a big plus
- Understand the market well and be proactive hunter in the market
- Positive thinking and can-do attitude
- Experience in employer branding is a plus
- Fluent English
- Good teamwork and problem solving skill
