Overview of job
You will work as L2 support for IPT (Integrated pricing tool) project. IPT is used for a professional price management including pricing rules, pricing concepts and pricing data. The functions of IPT are covering the pricing points and sales concessions of the price waterfall.
Your responsibilities:
- Handle incident ticket, support customer via Service Management Tool
- Frequently communicate with customer via email, phone call
- Analyze and understand customer issue
- Check calculation logic and log (Groovy Script)
- Cooperate with other group (3rd level, SAP,...), identify root cause and solution
- Troubleshooting, resolve ticket or escalate to L3 support
- Ensure team KPIs
Job Requirement
- Education background: have IT or relevant background
- Have at least 2 years of experience in application support
- Basic knowledge of Java language: OOP and Core Java (Java environment, syntax, operators, data types,..)
- Hands-on experience with Groovy Script
- Have experience working with SAP is a plus
- Have logical thinking and customer mindset
- Good English communication skills, confident in supporting global customers

BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
