Overview of job

The role we are hiring for

We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Product Manager to join our Product team and be guided by a Senior Product Manager to enhance our B2B product capabilities serving the needs of the healthcare industry. You and your team are the owner of the Product Roadmap, working closely with the Engineering teams to plan, and execute the product plan.

As Product Manager, you will be working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritise, and translate these requirements into product enhancements. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and have strong interpersonal skills to manage the various internal and external stakeholders.

This role reports directly to the Head of Product. 

Responsibilities

  • Act as the voice of customers 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, Data, DevOps, Engineering, and Operations to drive a product from inception to live
  • Explore, identify and execute on strategic growth opportunities
  • Work with product designers to define and shape customer experience
  • Provide local insights – identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats relevant for the product success
  • Partner with the analytics organization to validate key findings with data
  • Provide insights into product, technology, and market trends using a deep understanding of user personas, paint points, and user journeys
  • Define and analyse metrics to guide product development
  • Track progress of market specific product improvements and measure impact
  • Leverage usability studies, research and market analysis to drive market specific product insights into execution
  • Develop detailed feature lists, user stories, roadmap, and release plan
  • Ensure Engineering delivers to specification and schedule
  • Continuously improve our products by prioritising feedback and data insights 
  • Explore, identify, and execute on strategic growth opportunities
  • Influence product strategy through effective communication

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a technical discipline (Computer science, Engineering) or related fields with at least 2 years of experience in product management for a B2B product in a tech company
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
  • Experience in the Insurance industries is a plus
  • Strong customer empathy and passion for user experience
  • Obsession with details and data-driven decision making
  • Strong business and technical intuition
  • The ability to turn incomplete, conflicting, or complex problems into simple and elegant solutions
  • Experienced in managing applications across digital platforms such as native mobile apps, responsive web, interactive platforms
  • Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, highly organised, and hands-on
  • A/B testing experience and clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong stakeholder and partner management skills
  • Self-motivated and driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, and highly ambiguous environment
  • Relentless curiosity and creativity in pursuit of growth
  • Experience in working in Agile/Scrum development process
