Overview of job

1. Quản lý quá trình kiểm định:

• Thiết lập định hướng, quy trình dựa theo yêu cầu của sản phẩm tương ứng, thiết lập chỉ tiêu, điều phối đầu việc và nhân lực để đảm bảo chất luợng.
• Giám sát tiến độ, quản lý chất lượng hệ thống, client, R&D, test plan/test case đã được xây dựng sẵn cho sản phẩm trên nhiều nền tảng  phù hợp với sản phẩm.

2. Hoàn Thành Đúng Tiến Độ:

• Hoàn thành đúng tiến độ, thời gian đã estimate, không trễ deadline

3. Teamwork / Communication:

• Tham gia phát triển, tư vấn , đề xuất giải pháp ứng dụng nguời dụng, giải pháp kĩ thuật, hỗ trợ team khi cần thiết

4. Sáng tạo trong công việc:

• Đề xuất, nghiên cứu và triển khai R&D các framework mới, triển khai APIs test, Unit test, Integration test với hệ thống, UI test, UI Automation test, Simulation test với platform.

- Có bằng quản lý cấp trung hoặc ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong lĩnh vực quản lý.

- Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong lĩnh vực hỗ trợ trên các nên tảng Website, Mobile, SmartTV.

- Có 3 năm kinh nghiệm trở lên trong lĩnh vực hỗ trợ phát triển các sản phẩm liên quan đến OTT hoặc mạng xã hội.

- Có 2 năm kinh nghiệm xây dựng quy trình, báo cáo, biểu mẫu thuyết trình.

- Có 2 năm kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ, soạn thảo tài liệu cho các sản phẩm công nghệ thông tin.

- Có kinh nghiệm hỗ trợ phát triển các sản phẩm liên quan đến OTT hoặc mạng xã hội, hoặc sản phẩm công nghệ thông tin.

- Tiếng anh giao tiếp và soạn thảo, đọc hiểu tài liệu.

- Có kiến thức tốt về các hệ thống quản lý/quản trị phát triển sản phẩm như: Jira, Confluence.

- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm tốt về quy trình phát triển sản phẩm Agile/SCRUM, Kanban.

- Có kinh nghiệm sử dụng các công cụ quản lý test case, test run như Test Rail, Test Report, Test Link,…

- Có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về API testing và Automation test với Selenium Web Driver.

- Ưu tiên ứng viên có kiến thức và kinh nghiệm về một số ngôn ngữ lập trình (Go, Python, Java); về một trong các Database: MySQL, PosgresQL, MongoDB; về các công nghệ caching.

- Ưu tiên ứng viên c ó kinh nghiệm CI/CD (Jenkins, Gitlab, CircleCI)
