Overview of job

We are looking for a highly motivated and self-driven IT Recruiter employed and located in our Office in Ho Chi Minh City. This role will be sourcing candidates remotely in Singapore and South East Asia (SEA) for our Office in Singapore, with currently about 45 teammates incl. one HR Manager.

Your Role

+ Managing the full life-cycle of recruiting and serving as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders
+ Sourcing candidates in Singapore and SEA for our office in Singapore, including leveraging multiple recruiting resources to identify and engage active and passive candidates, including databases, search engines, job boards, social media, professional organizations and educational institutions
+ Managing the interview process, ensuring that the hiring team is properly prepared and candidates are both thoroughly evaluated and have a positive pre-onboarding experience
+ Partnering with HR Team in preparing and executing the remote onboarding by composing job offer letters, employment agreements and uploading people data to our HR tools
Acting as the primary driver in executing the plan for employer branding, including job fairs, tech-meet up events, online Facebook campaigns and posts

Qualifications and requirements

+ 1-2 years of experience in IT recruitment ideally in SEA
+ Fluent in spoken and written English
+ Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates and internal stakeholders
+ Great interpersonal, intercultural and communication skills, with strong customer service mindset
+ Flair for employer branding
