Job description

Overview of job

The job-holder will perform tasks relating application function consultant as follows:
- Analyze the business processes and formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
- Identify business challenges and find the opportunity to apply the technology to solve them effectively.
- Communicate with management to align the technology dictionary with business direction.
- Engage business users & make alignment of IT strategy and approach.
- Oversee the implementation of new systems and processes.
- Conduct discovery workshops and training sessions.

Job Requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or Business Administration.
- Excellent English communication.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience working in multinational company with the same role.
- Have experience in SAP and/or Salesforce is a big plus.
- Good skills in drawing of business process flow diagram, concept image to help business management & user’s understanding for technical subject.
- Understanding how the web & mobile apps work.
- Has ability to manage a large business application portfolio.
- Passionate about computing systems and how their practical applications in business. 
- Have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
