The KPIs for the role will be as follows:
- Maintain high quality code
- Ensure accurate estimation development effort
- Ensure timely delivery of projects and support
As a developer, you will:
- Participate in design analysis, code, unit testing and source code review processes.
- Stay up-to-date on progress and report work status directly to the project manager.
- Develop and maintain Java applications, according to customer requirements.
- Improve performance, turn logic, install new operations.
- Learn and research new technologies.
- 7.5 working hours per day
- Annual salary review

Job Requirement
- Ideally 1+ years’ experience working in Java Development
- Good algorithmic thinking, understanding of data structures
- Have knowledge of HTML, CSS, AJAX, JavaScript
- Understanding of HTTP, RESTful API
- Have knowledge of OOP, Design Patterns, MultiThreading, Asynchronous Programming
- At least 1 year experience in using Java, designing and installing REST API using Spring Boot framework, Java Core, Java web Struts, Hibernate
- Proficient in SQL, Procedure, AngularJS, have used Oracle is an advantage.
