Job description

Overview of job

Learning And Organization Development:

· Collaborate with Department Heads to analyze the training needs for each department to propose the annual training plan and budget;
· Implement and monitor the training plan within approved budget;
· Ensure the training KPIs, including but not limited to: Target number of courses and expected quality of training, skill improvement, etc.;
· Handle the training record on e-learning platform and necessary analyses, reports upon needed;
· Act as the tool admin of Performance management system and e-learning platform;
· Internal training: Build internal trainer team, consult them to develop specific training content, help internal trainers including technical ones to improve their skills;
· External training: Search, evaluate and select external trainers, training agencies to provide appropriate training programs; work with them to build proper training content; establish the list of training agencies and external trainers and update it frequently;
· Online training: Work with Department Technical trainers / Department Heads / Internal trainers / External trainers to build new, consolidate, and revise existing training materials; Ensure the efficiency and quality of training materials and online courses as needed;
· Ensure that all activities of Training & Development are in accordance with company policy & procedures;
· Directly be in charge of onboarding process: Handle the orientation for new hires, manage Buddy program, follow up closely all steps in the onboarding to make sure new hire’s efficient integration to the new working environment;
· Lead or coordinate with global and regional teams to develop and implement Organization Development programs like Performance Evaluation, KPI Library, Competency model, Talent & Succession Planning Management, Career development, Leadership program, Idea Plus, Challenge Plus program, etc.

Employee Engagement:

· Assist in defining the strategy to enhance the employee experience, in line with the company values;
· Build the positive corporate culture and working environments;
· With the passion, involve in the development and implementation of initiatives / communications / events with a focus on improving employee engagement;
· Develop and maintain diversified channels / platforms / contents to ensure employees are well aware of the company policies / initiatives / announcements, etc.
Others:
· Proceed Health programs like organizing the Health workshops, deliver health newsletter, run the annual health checkup;
· Lead or take part in Cross studio, Cross functional HR projects;
· Other tasks upon assignments.

Job Requirement

Knowledge:
· 3-5 years of experience in HR Training and Development/ HR Business Partnering;
· Strong sense of business, good understanding of organization development;
· Good knowledge of IT industry (companies and jobs in the industry) is a plus;
· Thorough understanding of HR practices in Vietnam.

Skills & Attitude:
· Good training skills (content design, public presentation, training efficiency assessment, etc.);
· High sense of responsibility, solution oriented / result oriented mindset;
· Pro-activeness, sense of initiative;
· Good adaptability and good ability of self-learning;
· Good planning & organizing skill and ability to successfully complete multiple projects with changing priorities;
· Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills;
· Being careful, detail-oriented;
· High level of verbal and written English skills;
· Excellent command of Windows, Word, Excel and Power Point;
· Aesthetic design composition, typographic abilities, video editing skill are big advantages.
