As an Engineering Manager, you will help to build & manage engineering teams; enrich their capacity on providing the best software engineering practices. Your responsibilities are not only managing the timeline, quality of product delivery but also building an Agile culture in engineering teams. Ultimately, you will lead the team to thrive in the development of product roadmap with continuous improvement/delivery.

• Well-proven experience as an Engineering Manager, Project Manager, Delivery Manager, Development Manager or similar roles
• Possesses solid knowledge and skill of software requirement, development process, project management
• Perform exemplary work in managing projects, practice/service, and mentor others in software engineering
• Good human relation skills, ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams
• Expertise in using Jira and Confluence to manage project status and requirement scope as well as project information share
• Knowledge and skillset to define team roadmap, product backlog (Themes/Epic/User Story) for your own team based on OKR/QPR set by Product
• Solid knowledge about Scrum framework (Events, Artifacts, Roles)
• Strong ability to manage human resources for own team based on task breakdown, timeline
• Excellent English communication – in both writing and speaking
• Strong leadership, presentation, problem-solving skill
• Being organizational, analytical, and hustle
• Experience running projects applying continuous integration, continuous delivery is a plus
