Overview of job

- Presales assist: solution preparation, demo and assist in the definition of project scope.
- Involve in all stages of system implementation to ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget (Project Management Role)
- Responsible for all technical matters: Fit & Gap analysis, system design and system configuration
- Leading team and ensuring resource availability and allocation
- Perform other related duties as assigned (R&D, Staff training, etc)

- University Degree or above (IT-Software, Information System)
- Must be more than 5 years expericence with at least 3 years working as Salesforce CRM consultant.
- Must be competent on the Salesforce CRM, possess (at least) Sales Cloud & Service Cloud Consultant Certification. Have to know each and every minor features of the Salesforce platform
- Understand implementation method for enterprise solution
- Good at presentation & English.
- Having worked as a PM (or team leader) and understanding multiple platforms is an advantage
