Overview of job
IncepIT is looking for an experienced Web UI/UX Designer to join our team. The newcomers will work directly with our greatest Australia clients. You will have the ability to contribute your ideas, your knowledge in developing/designing existing websites and the new ones as well, we together experience the new adventure, the new challenges to bring our greatest works that help customer success on their business.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to gather requirements, create and deliver superior web designs.
- Ability to successfully negotiate through a variety of requirements, from vague to well-defined, simple to complex.
- Translate requirements to design and specifications, conduct review sessions with the stakeholders.
- Approach all projects with empathy and emotional design principles.

Skills
- Be able to communicate in English.
- Familiar with design softwares like Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD.
- Good communication skill to collaborate with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
- High responsibility at work.
- Knowing HTML5, JavaScript, CSS2, Web Image optimization and scripting languages is plus
Experience
- Require 3+ years of experience in the field of Web designer
- Require your portfolios that clearly demonstrates your design skills
