Overview of job

• Receive requests from leader and analyze functional requirements
• Draw flow diagrams and write functional descriptions
• Researching UI/UX and drawing prototypes
• Work with the design team to create a graphic design for Dev
• Work with the Dev and QC team and follow every step to develop and complete features
• Write user manuals
• Support Training team to create slides/ videos to train for users
• Collect or research new features and suggest new ideas

• 1+ years experience in business analyst
• Understanding of UI/UX, being able to contribute to the product’s look and feel by sketching wireframes, mockups, prototypes and user flows
• Proactive, self-driven and able to work independently or in a team
• Have good thinking in systems analysis, logic, reasoning skills and critical thinking
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive, responsible, able to work under high pressure
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent
