Overview of job
ROLE:
We are looking for a passionate Business Data Analyst. The ideal candidate must show some knowledge of specific business processes (i.e. finance, contracts, human resources, supplier management, etc) along with a passion for data and analytics.
This is a unique opportunity to work with TenPoint7’s own internal “no-code” machine learning platform for mid-to-large businesses.
The successful candidate will build models with the TenPoint7 platform that will automate the most manual processes within business organizations dealing with textual data. It’s an exciting new frontier to learn and grow as a business data analyst.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with customers to understand their business processes and their requirements for automation
- Help identify and extract, using the TenPoint7 platform, the most relevant data sources for the use cases
- Build new models that will automate the review process of documents or information on public databases or the web.
- Continuously maintain and improve working models for customers
- Support end-to-end delivery of a given automation project
- Provide your own feedback to continuously improve the TenPoint7 product
- Work closely with data scientist, data engineer, the US-based analyst team on an as-needed basis

Job Requirement
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Have at least a degree in the following subjects:
- Mathematics
- Computer Science
- Statistics
- Economics
- Business (MBA not required but a plus)
- At least 2 years work experience as a data analyst or in a related field
- Very strong analytical skills
- Experience with at least one data analytical tool
- Experience with math, programming and data models
- Experience working in a company with a role in a business department
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Intuitive data junkie with high "figure-it-out" quotient
