We are looking for a passionate Senior UI/UX to join our team to develop our new business.

Senior UI/UX Designer Responsibilities:

• Gather, research and evaluate user pain points and behaviors.
• Make strategic user-experience decisions related to product functions and features.
• Understand product specifications and user psychology by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences.
• Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback.
• Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences for mobile apps, mobile web, desktop web.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
• Work closely with product manager and development team to make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new functions and features.
• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to front-end developers to create professional and UX-optimized product
• Develop a design language system.

Currently, VeXeRe is the largest online bus ticketing platform in Vietnam with more than 600 passenger bus companies, covering over 2,600 domestic and cross-border routes to help users find bus information and buy tickets online easily. At the same time, VeXeRe.com also provides reviews of passengers who have traveled these buses. Passengers can simply select their favorite seats, pay online, or pay in cash at convenience stores across the country.

VeXeRe Bus Management System (BMS) is used by more than 500 bus companies all over the country, helping bus companies to modernize management with effective management, optimized revenue, and costs. This is a revolution in the inter-city bus industry.

Over 5,000 agents are using VeXeRe Agent Management System to increase ticket sales and serve their customers better.

• Strong conceptual skills and ability to apply rapid wireframing, sketching, prototyping.
• 3+ years experience as an UI/UX Designer in industry expertise (travel, transport, technology, e-commerce,…); being interested in the Information Technology Field.
• Strong expertise with design programs such as Figma, AdobeXD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Prototype tools.
• Demonstrated experience designing usable mobile and/or web-based interfaces.
• Familiar with Design System, Flat Design, Material Design, User-Centric Design.
• Ability to coach and mentor those around you to make everyone a better designer.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize and manage work to meet project deadlines.
