Overview of job

• Take ownership over your work by managing the product strategy and road-map
  Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams
• Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements
• Collaborate closely with engineering and professional service teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the this Product and Engineering organization
• Manage the full portfolio of product, so juggling multiple deadlines and product launches are a must
• Manage a team
• Drive the execution of entire product lifecycle processes: including product enhancement research, product planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product enhancement launch, in details
• Other tasks are assigned by GM
   

• Leaves: 12 days leave and Tet and other holidays based on the annual announcement of the Government

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology
• 10 years of experience in product management, product specialist, or similar role for online commerce (Market place) or content business or residential app or O2O platform in Proptech
• Strong product execution, product delivery and product quality assurance
• Solid analytical skills; ability to analyze research or performance data, develop insights and apply the understanding to optimize merchandising strategy
• Experience in web application and/or mobile application development landscapes
• Have a good perspective about web and mobile app design
• Able to use mockup software to design wireframe, UX/UI, layout, and navigation flows
• Able to use project management tools such as Redmine, Trello, Jira, Confluence
• Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external contacts
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced team environment
• Discrete concerning confidential or sensitive information
• Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous
