Overview of job
Our team is seeking Business Analysts to join the team working on projects for our US clients. Business Analysts will work closely with Project Manager in discussion with clients, defining system requirements and solution documents.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business and system requirements from clients
- Assist clients to define requirements
- Cooperate with Project Manager to propose solutions to business/requirements
- Prepare system requirements and solution documents
- Document project operations

Job Requirement
Education & Experience
- University graduate majoring in IT or Business
- At least one year experience in similar jobs
Knowledge and Skills
- Proficient in writing user stories and system functional specifications
- Excellent in English writing skills
- Ability to communicate in English
- Understand business models in Technology (IT) Industry
- Good at organizing and maintaining documents
- Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Understanding in database concepts
- Experience with PlantUML or Markdown is a big plus
