MUST HAVE

• Degree in Computer Science, Business or similar field
• At least 5 years of experience in software and web application projects 
• At least 1 year of experience as Srum Master or Project Manager
• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, MS Team
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
• Excellent at English communication (IELTS 6+)

NICE TO HAVE

• A scrum master or project management certification (CSM, PSM, PMP)
• Experience in POS business domain
