Overview of job

We are looking for a creative UI/UX Designer, who will work with the Head of Product and a cross-functional team in AI projects. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Hanoi, Vietnam. We offer a fast-paced and entrepreneurial work environment that focuses on AI in the finance industry.

Duties

• Work with product, AI, full-stack development, and leadership to build web user experiences.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders and users to understand their requirements and convert that into appealing, highly usable UI and UX design.
• Create UX artifacts such as wireframes, customer journey maps, user flows, sketches, interactive prototypes.
• Conduct research, design, and user testing activities during the life cycle of a project.
• Identify design problems, generate potential solutions, and perform rapidly.
• Ensure any UX solutions to deliver an extraordinary user experience and journey.
• Keep up to date with the latest industry insights, tools, and trends.

Working time: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday – Friday.

Experience

• 2-3 years of experience in designing UX/UI for web applications.
• Experience in delivering Interaction design: wireframes, prototypes, UX Flows, mockups Design Specification, Sitemap, Process Flow.
• Experience planning and facilitating customer interviews, focus groups, and other research to gather insights used to inform, frame, and execute products.
• Experience in a startup environment is an advantage.

Technical Skills & Knowledge

• An awesome portfolio that demonstrates past work experience. Please submit your application.
• Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and be able to translate into low fidelity sketches, prototypes, and complete designs.
• Excellent skills with relevant software including but not limited to Sketch, Figma, Miro, Jira, confluence, etc.
• Excellent customer intuition, demonstrated success in creating beautifully simple, user-friendly mobile apps and websites.
