Overview of job
- Lead a team of UI/UX Designers, to create the best possible application design satisfying our client’s requirements, user’s needs and to continuously enhance well-established Design System.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in both Vietnam and US: Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers,… to build and bring the most effective solutions and state-of-the-art B2B products in US Banking/Payment industry, with the UI and content consistent.
- Collaborate with other UX/UI Leaders and Manager to build team structure, allocate resources, train members in daily jobs/through training sessions and evaluate their performances.
- Understand big picture at the project level and have an overview of all the UI treatments to consult team members.

Job Requirement
- At least 5 years of experience in Design industry, with minimum 1 year in a leading role.
- Strong communication, in both Vietnamese and English.
- Have experience working with research in support of product prototyping and testing, future visioning and strategy development.
- Ability to clearly articulate UI/UX decisions and why they are best for a given problem.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum development process.
- Detail-oriented and growth mindset.
- Experience in Fintech/Banking industry is a big plus.
