Overview of job
- Build functional systems that improve customer experience.
- Support the entire application lifecycle (concept, design, test, release, documentation, and support)
- Deploy product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs.
- Build Automation process for testing & deployment on cloud or on-premises.
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues.
- Develop scripts to automate visualization.
- Design procedures for system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Provide Level 2 technical support.
- Research the new technologies.
- Cooperate with other team member to complete projects on time
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
- Well-Knowledge in software development process
- Good knowledge of one of programing languages: NodeJS, C#, Java, Python, …
- Experienced in Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure ...)
- Standard Linux/Windows OS knowledges.
- Experienced in Network Lan or Cloud.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or equivalent majors/ experience
Preferred qualifications:
- Work experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role
- Problem-solving attitude
- Experience in cross-platform testing & deployment tools.
- English communication skills (both speaking and writing)
