Overview of job
- Lead software development activities working towards the delivery of software that enables business capabilities
- Develop and implement architecture and design for different bespoke software in a given functional domain within R&D IT according to general architectural guidelines
- Ensure delivered capabilities continually add value to R&D customers that will, in turn, drive business value for VietMoney
- Investigate new technology and assess their fit for purpose given business requirements and architectural guidelines
- Lead a team of developers in development of software solutions in accordance with agreed solution designs. Establish code review processes. Mentor and coach junior team members and maintain high team morale

Job Requirement
- 5+ years of similar roles implementing software solutions
- Experience with headless and serverless applications, microservices and GCP or AWS technologies
- Plenty of experience in a DevOps environment with CI/CD tools and process
- A “T-Shaped” profile – deep expertise in one or more technical areas with broad exposure to other technical areas
