Job description
Overview of job
- Perform day to day operation of SfB/Teams environment which includes incident, change, performance management
- Monitor availability and correct functioning of SfB/Teams, as well as, utilization and planning for server systems capacity upgrades
- Follow up in diagnosing and resolving any system problems
- Planning, coordinating and performing the maintenance, upgrades, patches and roll outs activities with customers in SfB/Teams
- Troubleshoot issue related to Yealink / Poly devices
- Certification of Yealink / Poly devices for MS Skype / Teams
- Firmware validation , certifying and deploying to all devices at BOSCH
Job Requirement
- Work experience in an enterprise environments to implement and administer MS Skype and Teams
- Knowledge on Active Directory, Exchange & integration with SfB/Teams
- Knowledge on Telephony systems, PBX, PSTN connectivity will be added advantage.
- Must to have strong knowledge on Poly and Yealink Devices
- Good communication skills in English
- Should have an understanding of ITIL concepts
- MS-700 or MS-100 certificate would be an advantage
