Overview of job

· Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions (current and future).

· Perform requirements analysis and verification, ensuring that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards.

· Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.

· Document the product’s vision and the project’s scope.

· Document the business requirements in detail, (requirement specifications) with all assumptions and caveats included.

· Participate in peer reviews and inspections of requirements documents. Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly.

· Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.

· Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.

· Performing user acceptance testing.

· Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other non-functional requirements.

· Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff.

· Allocating resources and maintaining cost efficiency.

· Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

· Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects.

· Serve as an internal point of contact for development whenever requirements need to be clarified.

· Establish and implement effective requirements practices, including use and continuous improvement of a requirements process. Assist with the development of the organization’s requirements engineering policies, procedures, and tools.

· Take responsibility for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving the process compliance of each corresponding department

· 3-5 years’ experience in BA role with in-depth knowledge of management application

· Experience in Agile/Scrum; experience in writing user stories

· Experience in data analytics (using SQL, Tableau, Power BI)

· Ability to work under high pressure, willing to work overtime

· Knowledge of software development process, especially software requirement analysis and RUP

· Good command of English communications skills 

· Good listening and interviewing skills to understand a customer’s business environment and processes

· The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions

· Competency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio

· Exceptional presentation and client relation skills

· Excellent organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills

· Thorough, paying attention to details

· Ability to work with minimal direction on multiple projects

· The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions

· Excellent documentation skills
