Overview of job

• Receive, survey, collect and clarify requests from system engineers of parent companies in Japan and in Vietnam, through indirect exchanges: web meeting, chat tool …
• Describe and analyze business processes, propose to customers process improvement solutions.
• Can analyze customer requirements, thereby designing business processes into systems, creating basic and detailed design tables.
• Manage and update the design sheet when there is a change in the project implementation process.
• Play as a bridging role in the exchange of information between the project team and the customer.
• Learn and share professional knowledge of customers for the project team.
• Supporting the project manager to respond to customer questions or requests.
• Assisting stakeholders in carrying out work related to project-related procedures and processes.
• Create and instruct design tables for The Developer and QC Tester.

*** Prefer candidates who have worked in Japanese company and have been familiar with Japanese environment.

• Graduate with specialize in IT, Information Systems or equivalent.
• Have experience in BA position (also open for candidates have experience with PL/PM. position and work directly with customers).
•  Ability to analyze and logical thinking.
• Have experience in developing software followed to Agile or Waterfall method and design based on characteristics, functional requirements, user requirements/ experiences
• Experience in more than 3 years in software development.
• Have skills in SQL and table design.
• Have skills to understand and interpret development languages.
• Be able to read comprehension specialized English documents. Japanese is not required but it will be advantage.
