We are growing our Technical Architecture team. The Technical Architect's primary responsibility will be to ensure customer success and the value of using Skedulo by designing complex and innovative custom solutions that will solve for the identified business problems and encourage high adoption. This role partners closely with the Product, Sales and Customer Success teams to get to the root of the Customer’s problems for their deskless workforce, and work to take the solution from design to development and finally roll-out to the key users and stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaison between Solution Architect and Developer to refine the requirements at a technical level
  • Work closely with Solution Architect and Project Manager to understand the scope, and communicate technical direction to PM
  • Technical investigation to support new Skedulo functionality
  • Keep current with technologies in order to propose modern solutions in the context of the broader technology landscape of our customers
  • Contribute to Developer Coaching & Best Practices
  • Be the SME for Salesforce and Skedulo integrations, removing technical roadblocks by offering technical solutions
  • Highlight insights from customer conversations with our teams to help ensure we are moving in the direction of market needs
  • Provide advice and guidance to the Director, Technical Delivery, US in building out key Skedulo functionality including integration
  • Manages a small team of SFDC Developers

Job Requirement

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 8+ year's previous experience developing on the Salesforce and/or integration platform including both building net new functionality as well as troubleshooting complex existing builds
  • Experience in coaching developers and building out developer toolsets & best practices
  • Experienced in customer-facing Senior Developer roles, including leading communications directly with customer technical staff and business stakeholders
  • A proven ability to learn new products, develop technical knowledge and apply new skills in a high-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • A strong teamwork ethic is essential.
  • Must be a Vietnam citizen or have a Vietnam working visa.

DESIRED SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

  • Enjoy problem solving while learning, developing and applying new skills along the way.
  • Beneficial to have prior experience working with offshore and distributed development teams.
  • May be required to travel to client sites on occasion.
