Whom We're Looking For

• We are looking for a Unity developer to lead our development efforts in Augmented Reality. You will play a key role in shaping the product development and building up an AR team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Work with the Product Owner to define features.
• Research technical feasibility before implementing.
• Work with other team members to implement new features.
• Cooperating with UI Designer to deliver high-quality features.
• Train and onboard new developers to join the project.

We handle the end-to-end development of products, developing the product vision through product understanding, designing experiences through UX design, refining these flows with modern UI design, and developing products through iterative agile development.

We work with both early-stage product teams and teams with existing products from a wide range of countries and industries. We focus on modern technologies and work directly with our clients. We design using design-thinking principles on tools such as Sketch, Figma, Zeplin, and more, and develop products leveraging our tech stack of React, React Native, Rails, Python, and Node.JS.

Must Have

• Proficient knowledge of C# (or similar programming language).
• Excellent knowledge of Unity, including experience with scripting, textures, animation, GUI styles, and user session management.
• Experience with 3D assets and basic knowledge of Blender or any other 3D graphics software.
• Experience with game physics and particle systems.
• Experience with mobile and console game development.
• Knack for writing clean, readable, and maintainable code.
• Proven understanding and experience in software development and standard methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Ability to optimize 3D models to create low poly and efficient assets.
• Simple skeletal rigging in addition to blend shapes where required.
• Exposure in implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests.
• Experience in performance profiling and optimizing unity applications on device.
• Proficient in-game/app coding, architecture and 3D math.

Highly preferred

• Experience working with ARFoundation / Vuforia or any AR / VR library
• Experience of mobile apps using ARCore AND / OR ARKit
• Experience in applying AI / ML in mobile development
