Overview of job
Product Owner is responsible for the building of one or more digital products in CIMB Digital Banking product suite in agile manner.
Key Responsibilities
- This role works closely with various business stakeholders and technical team to deliver digital product solutions for business.
- Discuss with business users to understand business problems and gather product feedback
- Own and manage product back log, define sprint scope, and work closely with scrum team to make sure scrum team can deliver the sprint scope
- Prepare business justifications and recommendations for product enhancement requests.
- Carry out creative discussions on UI/UX with usability designers to deliver mockups and prototypes
- Write business requirements and user stories for system enhancements to meet business goals.
- Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production testing and bug reporting for IT products
- Prepare presentation slides, screenshots and conduct product training to internal business units.

Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in IT management/Computer science or any form of degrees with IT management
- A total of 4-5 years of working experience
- Minimum 3-4 years of working experience as Digital Product Owner in an agile scrum team or Business Analyst in a traditional waterfall model
- Good exposure to Agile delivery methodology
- 1-2 years of experience as developer is preferred
- Strong understanding of any software development processes
- Experience with Financial/Banking product is preferred
