Overview of job

• Join full life cycle of software development (FD-DD-CD-UT-IT).
• Create design specifications, coding, testing independently.
• Do implementation as well as conducting review for others.
• Provide technical guide/direction to team’s members.
• Research/study new technology follows customer/manager’s requirement.
• Research/study new business domain follows customer/manager’s requirement.
• Make detail development plan following customer/manager’s master schedule.
• Tracking/Monitor team’s work progress.
• Ensure team’s work result follow customer/manager’s requirements.
• Ensure team’s work schedule follow customer/manager’s requirement. 
• Online/offline support customer during product using.
• Training customer in using company product.
• Communicate with customers/manager in English, Vietnamese.
• Report work content/status to customer/manager in English, Vietnamese.
• Other assignments from Manager.

1. Technical requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/ Information Technology
• At least 3 years of hands-on full life cycle of software development experience in a software company.
• Experience in making specification such as detail design, test specifications, training materials, user manual.
• Experience in group management (3 - 5 members) such as planning, tracking, monitoring team’s member work progress.
• Must have development experience in one of VueJS, ReactJS, Flutter, NodeJS, Python. Experience in more than two programing languages would be an advantage.
• Experience in SQL/non-SQL database such as MS SQL, MySQL, SQL Lite, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc. Experience in store procedure, view would be an advantage. 
• Experience in getting requirement from customer/manager.
• Ability on product using training for customer.
